Book at the wellness hotel Basler Hof am Schlosswald

Our rooms are ready for you to move into from 14.00 hrs. We kindly ask you to vacate them by 11.00 a.m. on the day of departure. If you would like to spend the day in our sauna area, please let us know in advance. From 4 nights this would be free of charge, under 4 nights we charge a daily rate of 15.-Euro per person. If available, a late departure until 18.00 o’clock is possible at a price of 50% of the room price by arrangement.

Our hotel has 2 elevators, making it easy to reach all rooms and suites, even on the upper floors.

We reserve the right to enforce our house rules in the event of unfair competition or false assessments prior to arrival, theft or vandalism and to issue a house ban.

We are happy to offer you tasty snacks, cold or warm, in our hotel bistro until 9 p.m. (last orders accepted at 8.30 p.m.). Please note that for groups of more than 4-6 people, we are happy to offer you a table reservation in a nearby restaurant in advance, as we can only accommodate a maximum of 4-6 people. 6 people can sit at the tables in our hotel bistro.

Unfortunately, no dogs or animals can be brought along.

At the Wellnesshotel Basler Hof we are happy to accept your Maestro – EC, Bankcard, Visa, Eurocard or Amex card when paying your bill. Please understand that we cannot accept other credit cards.

Will be charged by the municipality of Lauterbach and added to your room bill. Per person/day 1,70€. We reserve the right to make adjustments by the municipality.

Our room prices are inclusive of Overnight stay and breakfast buffet as well as use of the Köhler Therme sauna area with its saunas and swimming pool. The package prices are per person and arrangement in a double room. All prices are inclusive of VAT.

We will be happy to send you a form to take out travel cancellation insurance when you make your reservation. In the event of a cancellation of less than 2 weeks, no-show or late or early arrival or departure, we charge 70% of the total price in accordance with the DeHoGa guidelines.
If your booking is a special arrangement with us or our business partners (HRS, booking.de ect.) and the daily room rate is discounted by more than 30% of the regular rate, the full amount is due as a cancellation fee in the event of cancellation. Please understand that otherwise we would not be able to implement these very favorable special offers. It is also possible that you may come across different cancellation fees, percentages and rates on various platforms (e.g. caesar-data, HRS, booking.com, etc.), which do not apply to private bookings made directly at the hotel, as these offer different packages than the hotel.

Minor renovations are carried out at our hotel throughout the year, as we not only want to renovate, but also keep our inventory in good condition. Please don’t worry, you won’t hear anything from most of them. Nevertheless, we ask for your understanding.
