We want to offer you a varied and diverse menu in our hotel bistro. Our focus is on sous vide, a very gentle cooking method that makes meat dishes, for example, very tender and does not alter the natural taste.
You are welcome to try “Grandma’s country kitchen”. All traditional Swabian dishes are marked with the keyword “Grandma” and offer plenty of Swabian-style sauce.
