We want to offer you a varied and diverse menu in our hotel bistro. Our focus is on sous vide, a very gentle cooking method which, for example, makes meat dishes very tender and does not alter the natural taste.
You are welcome to try “Grandma’s country kitchen”. All traditional Swabian dishes are marked with the keyword “Grandma” and offer plenty of Swabian-style sauce.
The second section is “7 countries cuisine” with influences from Asia. Here the dishes are marked with ” 7 “.
