We also want to offer you a varied and diverse menu in our hotel bistro from Friday to Tuesday. Our focus is on sous vide, a very gentle cooking method that makes meat dishes, for example, very tender and does not alter the natural taste.
You are welcome to try “Grandma’s country kitchen” . All traditional Swabian dishes are marked with the keyword “Grandma” and offer plenty of Swabian-style sauce.
