We want to offer you a diverse and varied menu in our hotel bistro as well. Our focus is on sous vide, a very gentle cooking method that makes meat dishes, for example, very tender without altering their natural flavor.
We invite you to try “Grandma’s Country Cooking.” All traditional Swabian dishes are marked with the keyword “Oma” and come with plenty of sauce, Swabian-style.
